The Brief
Instant Service was already an established property maintenance company, working mainly on large contracts with established landlords. So far, so good. The brief given to TA2 was to lift the company's profile and help it to move into other areas of construction, particularly residential. The metamorphosis had to be accomplished in stages and it was important to strengthen existing contracts, not jeopardise them. The goal: to grow the company at a sustainable pace, both physically and fiscally.
